My Approach to Therapy
Are you feeling stuck or out of balance in your life? I believe I can help shift you to a place of increased clarity, focus and positive movement. I assist clients to find solutions to present day challenges as well as address any underlying or unresolved matters that are keeping them in undesirable and unhealthy patterns.
I bring over 15 years of professional experience to the therapy process. I help adults, families, children and adolescents with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship and family stress.
I incorporate EFT ("Tapping") into sessions. This powerful Energy Psychology technique helps to more quickly and fully uncover, process and shift negative beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck. This technique goes beyond traditional talk therapy, allowing emotionally charged material to be processed in a gentle way, with deep and lasting results.
It is my honor to join with clients in their life journey to increase overall life satisfaction and meaning. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
